Call Centre Agent-NEXtCARE UAE:
Respond to telephone inquiries about the company products and services following the standard scripts and procedures. To ensure calls are answered within predetermined time scales and are dealt with properly. The agent will also be responsible to document details of telephone conversation and action taken.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with medical
background(Nurse, Pharmacist, etc.).
Requirements: 1-2years experience in a call
centre or customer service environment, TPAs, Hospitals, or Medical
Centres, excellent communication skills, bilingual ability and
fluency in Urdu/Arabic is preferred and knowledge of MS Office
