Call Center Agent (French speaking)-NEXtCARE UAE:
Respond to telephone inquiries about the company’s products and services following the standard scripts and procedures. To ensure calls are answered within predetermined time scales and are dealt with properly. The agent will also be responsible to document details of telephone conversation and action taken.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in any
Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in a Call
Centre or Customer Service environment, TPAs, Hospitals, or Medical
Centers. Candidates with Excellent communication skills, bilingual
ability and fluency in French & English can apply. Sound
knowledge of MS Office Applications is a must.
